The benefits of renting from a managed program are:

• The properties are carefully selected to ensure there is enough space for everybody, such as living areas and back gardens.
• We ensure that the living conditions are of a high standard in order to create a ‘home away from home’.
• All tenants are accountable to an organisation, the organisation also provides employment to the same tenants if they choose, so the accountability stretches far and beyond.
• Your deposit money is paid to an organisation rather than a random individual so you know you will get your money back.
• Couch Surfers and stragglers are not permitted. If you do require a friend to spend the night permission must be granted and passports will be checked. This reduces the risk of theft and damage to your property.
• In the event that a particular property lease expires you will be placed in a new home in the same location at no cost.
• If conflict arises in the house the program manager will place you in a new house at no cost.
• If you want to go on holiday you can either move out, store your luggage or you can enjoy a £15 a week discount on your rent to keep your room. The live out program can proudly say it is the only program that offers this service.
• You do not need to find a replacement for your room if you wish to leave.
• Unlike standard renting requirements where one months rent and one months deposit is paid up front, you will only be required to pay 2 weeks deposit and one weeks rent.
• The Live out Program is compliant with local government requirements regarding number of persons per room, bathroom and kitchen.
• Maximum of 2 people to a room so no overcrowding.
• When returning from your travels you will always have a room share available to you.
